I am recording in the kitchen while Dwight is nuking a potato. Why he started nuking a potato when he saw I was getting ready to record is beyond me, but you can hear it throughout the show. Anyway, I discuss safe vegan food I am bringing to my sister-in-laws and the fact that we need to go do early voting for the run-off election here in Georgia. It’s a short show. You can deal with the hum of the microwave and all the thumping around, I hope.
I meant to cook a Tofurky to take to Thanksgiving, but forgot to thaw it. Rats. Oh well, it isn’t that great anyway. I’ll save it for Christmas dinner.
I couldn’t record in my usual quieter place in the house due to the fact that Maia was watching a movie in there. That would have been even worse.
